ATLANTA - Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner was involved in a "domestic dispute" Monday night with the mother of his infant child, Gwinnett County Police Corp. Clippers Chris Paul Jersey . David Schiralli said. Schiralli said police responded to a call between 7 and 8 p.m. ET Monday, but he would not identify the woman or the site of the incident. Police made no arrests and do not plan to file charges. "There is not enough probable cause for us to proceed any further," Schiralli said. Turner finished second in the NFL with 1,699 yards rushing and 16 touchdowns to earn his first Pro Bowl invitation. The 26-year-old signed a US$34.5 million contract with the Falcons after leaving San Diego as an unrestricted free agent in March. Atlanta (11-5) will play at Arizona (9-7) Saturday in an NFC wild-card game. Wholesale NHL Jerseys .Y. -- Injured Buffalo Sabres forward Thomas Vanek looked and sounded discouraged Thursday about his second straight day of skating since suffering an ankle sprain in Saturdays Game 2 loss to the Boston Bruins. Authentic Tony Parker Jersey . Demonstrators said the game should be moved from Arizona in opposition to the states strict new immigration law, signed in April. The statute, SB 1070, requires police, while enforcing other laws, to ask about a persons immigration status if there is reasonable suspicion that the person is in the country illegally. Authentic T.J Oshie Jersey . One of those will take center stage when the playoff hopefuls continue a key four-game series with the American League West-leading Texas Rangers tonight at Fenway Park. Andrew Ladd Jersey . "The financial crisis will really hit football over the next few months," Klinsmann said in an interview with German news agency DPA published Tuesday. "There will be a redefinition of the market . Authentic Scottie Pippen Jersey . The German, whose victory comes 8 1/2 months after the two fought to a draw in October, repeatedly used his left jab from the opening seconds and won 116-113, 116-112 and 118-110.CTV and TSN are celebrating the one-year anniversary of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games and TSN.ca looks back at all the memories every day from Day 1 through Day 17. Day 14 - Thursday, February 25, 2010 While other days on the Olympic calendar may have had a greater medal haul, few were as emotional to Canadians as Feb. 25, 2010. Canada entered Day 14 of the Games on a roll thanks to a four-medal performance and a big win over Russia on the ice for the mens hockey team one day earlier, and that momentum continued at Canada Hockey Place as the Canadian women took the ice against their arch rivals, the United States, with the gold medal at stake. The womens final made up for a tournament severely lacking in drama as the inevitable matchup between the sports two top powers turned into a chess match on ice with the teams matching each others intensity. The United States blinked first as half-way through the first period, 18-year old Marie-Philip Poulin snapped a shot past Jessie Vetter in the American net to give the Canadians a 1-0 lead. Despite being the youngest player on the ice, Poulin showed the steely nerves of a veteran, and added to the Canadian lead less than three minutes later with her second goal of the night. After that, Canadian netminder Shannon Szabados took over, stopping all 21 shots she faced to secure gold for Canada for the third straight Olympic Games. Meghan Agosta was named the tournaments most outstanding player while Szabados picked up the top goaltending honours. They were joined by Poulin along with Americans Jenn Potter, Molly Engstrom and Angela Ruggeiro on the All-Tournament team. But the story didnt end there. Following the medal ceremony a group of Canadian women decided to celebrate their victory at centre ice with beer, champagne and cigars. While the ceremony was all in good fun, the team faced criticism for the message the celebration sent to children that may have been watching. All in all it appeared to be much ado about nothing as many noted that there would not have been the same uproar had it been the mens team celebrating in the same fashion. That group of Canadian women were not the only ones victorious on the ice that day aas Cheryl Bernards rink were able to outlast Mirjam Otts Swiss rink in the womens curling semi-finals. Authentic Brad Richards Jersey. Canada opened up a big lead through six ends and then held on for a 6-5 victory to set up a gold medal encounter with Sweden. Joining Bernards rink in the winners circle was Kevin Martins Canadian mens rink who made short work of Sweden and skip Niklas Edin in the semi-finals. Canada doubled-up the Swedes 6-3 in nine ends to remain unbeaten in the tournament heading to the final against Norway. Although Canada enjoyed a great deal of success on Day 14, there was also some disappointment. Calgarys Kyle Nissen appeared to have the mens aerials gold in his sight when he found himself out in front following his first jump. However it was not to be as he fell all the way to fifth after missing his second jump. As the day drew to a close, all eyes were on the Pacific Coliseum for the ladies free skate. South Koreas Queen Kim Yu-Na entered the night holding a seemingly insurmountable lead after setting a world record in the Short Program, however it was Ile Dupas, Quebecs Joannie Rochette who captured the hearts of the crowd with her near-flawless performance just days after the death of her mother. Once again the gallant Rochette was up for the task as she put her emotions aside and delivered a brilliant routine that brought the fans to their feet for an emotional ovation. Although Japans Mao Asada outpointed Rochette to capture the silver, Rochettes bronze medal must have felt as good as gold as she was able to overcome some immense obstacles to perform the routine of her life. While many had criticized Canadas Own the Podium initiative early on for the lack of results, by the time the smoke had cleared on Day 14, Canadian athletes were the proud owners of a total of eight gold medals, tied for the games lead with Germany and the United States. While the Podium may not quite have been owned by that point; Canada certainly made its impression felt. But of course, the best was still to come. Re-live the memories of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games with an encore showing of the bobsleigh event, Saturday on TSN2 at 11pm et/8pm pt. ' ' '
